2. B2B Wholesale Terms
Sunvale Living operates primarily on a business-to-business (B2B)
wholesale basis. All transactions are conducted offline and governed
by individual purchase agreements signed between Sunvale Living and
the buyer. In the event of any conflict, the signed purchase agreement
shall prevail over these general Terms of Service.

This website is intended for informational and wholesale inquiry
purposes. Product listings, images, and pricing displayed on this
website are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer.
Final pricing, quantities, and terms are confirmed through direct
negotiation.

and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized

5. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are

Such variations do not constitute grounds for returns or refunds.

All orders are processed through offline agreements. Payment terms,
methods (including wire transfer and other B2B payment arrangements),
and schedules will be specified in the individual purchase agreement.
7. Shipping & Logistics
All shipping and logistics are managed by professional freight
forwarding partners. Shipping terms (including Incoterms such as EXW,
FOB, CIF, or DDP) will be agreed upon individually with each buyer
at the time of order confirmation.
8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy,
available on our website. As a general rule, all B2B wholesale sales
are final unless products are confirmed defective or materially
different from agreed specifications.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunvale Living shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not
exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.
